Sampars Sanjesh Company began its operations in 2017 (1396 in the Iranian calendar) in Qazvin Province under the name Azmoon Payesh Sepehr Salamat Alborz, operating under the supervision of the Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. In Qazvin, the company carried out various projects providing occupational health services across a wide range of industries.

With the experience gained and the need to expand its activities, the company later relocated to Tehran Province. Following the relocation and a name change to Sampars Sanjesh, it continued its operations on a broader scale under the supervision of the Iran University of Medical Sciences, utilizing the expertise of professional and specialized occupational health experts.
